Iodine supplementation



Here is  some good info on an essential nutrient. I noticed a big shift in my energy when I started supplementing iodine several years ago, but I went through a detoxification process first as the iodine gets displaced  by bromine and other toxic stuff. Our diets are low in iodine but every cell in our body needs it!

The list of iodine’s benefits is huge — it increases energy and prevents cancer and autoimmune diseases, just to name a few.

Iodine is easy to supplement. There are varying opinions as to how much to take but I find that 1 mg/day works well for me.
