Studies in Homeopathy: If you have completed Module One, or have knowledge of the topics in Module One, you may wish to expand your studies of homeopathy to deal with more chronic and complicated health problems. Modules two through five also consist of six recorded class sessions with similar time commitments. No further textbooks are required until Module Four. Please call the Institute for a
copy of the Module Two Principles: Chronic Case-taking, Symptoms Classification, Organizing the Case, Case Analyses, Potency Selection, Organon Study, Repertory Work. Acute Therapeutics: Dermatology, Uretogenital, Gynecology, Pregnancy and Childbirth Materia Medica : Polycrests and small remedies according to therapeutic topic. Module Three Principles: Evaluating the First Remedy, the Second Remedy, Obstacles to Cure and Aggravations, Provings, Chronic Case Analysis, Organon Study, Repertory Study, Homeopathy for Animals, Homeopathy and Psychology, computer based analysis. Materia Medica: In-depth study of Metals including Aurum, Platina, Alumina, Plumbum; Mania Remedies including Stramonium, Hyosamus, Tarentula; and acids including Nitric acid and Phosphoric acid. Module Four Principles: Chronic Disease, Miasms including Psora, Sycosis, Syphillis, use of Nosodes, Case Analysis, Organon Study, Repertory Study. Materia Medica: Nosodes including Psorinum, Tuberculinum, Carsinosinum, Medorrhinum, Syphilinum; Natrum salts, Kali salts, drug remedies. Module Five Principles: Homeopathy and Interactions with Prescription Medications, Homeopathic History, Foundations of homeopathic philosophy, Long-term Case Management, Palliation for incurable cases, cases with advanced pathology, advanced case analysis.Materia Medica: Poisonous Animal Remedies including Bufo, Theridion, Snake Venoms; Women's Remedies, heart remedies and therapeutics, respiratory remedies and therapeutics, salts of magnesium and mercury. In addition to Modules One through Five, which specifically address homeopathic skills, we are also developing an additional module to help you set up and maintain a homeopathic practice. This module includes ethics, practice building, practice organization, professional networking, client practitioner relationship, and more. There is no previous knowledge required for this module. This module consists of 25 interactive online cases and supplementary studies. This is a dynamic way to begin to develop clinical skills and is a bridge between theoretical knowledge and actual practice.
This module consists of videotaped cases, to be done concurrently with modules five and beyond. You take the case from the videotape, analyze it, and send it to the Institute for feedback and grading. This gives you vital clinical experience, even if you don't have a homeopath to intern with in your area. Program Instructors Modules One and Two are taught entirely by the director, Willa Keizer. Guest lecturers enhance the program with their knowledge and expertise beginning with Module Three, and include respected homeopaths such as Dr. Farokh Master, Dr. Sandra Kamiak, Drs. Vijay and Daxa Vaishnav, and others. Accreditation Caduceus Institute is a Candidate for Accreditation by the Council for Homeopathic Education (CHE), and is registered with the California Bureau of Private Post-Secondary Education.
